Why 2am and 2pm split

I think he's the only one debuted solo in 2AM. Some extra facts? I think they had great variety personalities which I enjoyed watching on k-shows back then. Or else, my memory really faded away. That whole apple is called One Day, if I'm not mistaken, they were originally a 11 member boy group?. All together Oneday but they never promoted as Oneday and have two songs together that was a Japanese release.
